Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BotSlots ("BotSlots", "we", "us") — a service that hosts Python bots (Telegram, Discord, and other long-running Python programs) on our servers. By creating an account, uploading a bot, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

BotSlots is an independent hosting service operated by an individual operator (the "Operator"). You can reach us at any time at mamalubitlal2@gmail.com. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the Operator running BotSlots; references to "you" mean the person or entity that registers an account.

2. What the service does

BotSlots provides a web panel where you create "slots" — isolated runtime environments on our shared server — and upload a Python entry file for your bot. Depending on the plan you buy, your slot gets a RAM and CPU allowance, automatic restart if the bot process crashes, live log viewing in the browser, and file storage. Plans are described on the plans page. BotSlots is a bot hosting service, not a general-purpose VPS, and we do not provide shell access.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• The service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your country, you may use BotSlots only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts. Up to 3 slots per account.
• You must use an email address you control — invoice and service notices are tied to it. Notify us promptly if you lose access to it.

4. Acceptable use

You may host any bot that is lawful and that complies with this section. You must not use BotSlots to host, distribute, or operate:

• Illegal content or activity — anything that violates the law applicable to you or to us, including the laws of the Russian Federation (where the service is operated from) and, if you are a US resident, applicable US federal and state law.
• Malicious software — viruses, trojans, ransomware, botnets, exploits, phishing kits, credential stealers, or scanners that attack third-party systems.
• Network abuse — DDoS tooling, port scanners, spam bots, bulk unsolicited mailers, SMS/email bombers, or traffic-flooding scripts.
• Cryptocurrency mining — of any kind. Slot CPU limits are enforced, and miners are removed without refund.
• Proxies and circumvention services — open proxies, VPN endpoints, Tor exits, or similar.
• Platform-abusing bots — bots that violate the terms of Telegram, Discord, or any other platform they connect to (mass-DM bots, fake-activity farms, userbot/spam tooling, self-bots).
• Attempts to attack BotSlots itself — probing or scanning the panel, bypassing plan limits or authentication, accessing other users' slots, or interfering with the shared server.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate any slot that breaks these rules. Clear malicious-use violations may be terminated immediately, without prior warning and without refund. Where the law requires or permits, we may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Payments, billing, and plans

• Plans are priced in US dollars or Russian rubles. Crypto payments are billed in USDT (or another supported asset at the market rate at the moment of payment) through @CryptoBot's Crypto Pay. Card payments in rubles go through the Faster Payments System (SBP); SBP payments are activated manually after we confirm receipt.
• Plans are prepaid for the period you select (1 to 12 months). There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge — when a period ends, the slot simply stops until you pay again.
• Crypto payments are detected automatically (webhook plus a background poller) and usually activate your slot within seconds of the payment landing.
• Files of an expired slot are kept for at least 14 days after expiry so you can download them or resume later. After that, we may permanently delete them.
• Prices may change over time, but a price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: if the service is fundamentally broken for you and we cannot fix it, we refund; crypto payments are refunded in the same asset where technically possible.

7. Availability — no uptime SLA

We run the service on a best-effort basis and aim for high availability, but we do not promise a specific uptime percentage. The server may need maintenance, the datacenter or upstream network may have outages, and third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord) or payment providers may have their own issues. Prolonged outages are handled as described in the Refund Policy. BotSlots is not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or other business damage caused by downtime.

8. Your content

• You keep all rights to the code, configuration, and data you upload. We only use what is technically required to host and run your bot (copying it into the slot runtime, executing it, showing you its logs).
• You are solely responsible for what your bot does — including the requests it makes, the messages it sends, and the data it processes. We host it; we do not endorse or control it.
• If your bot causes harm to others or to our infrastructure, you are responsible for the consequences.

9. Intellectual property

The BotSlots name, the design and texts of this site, and the Jack mascot (Jack Threedot Faive Milimitres) are the intellectual property of the Operator and may not be reused for other products or services without the Operator's permission. This does not affect your rights to your own content, which are described in the previous section.

10. Suspension and termination

• By you: stop paying and the slot expires at the end of the paid period, or delete a slot yourself at any time from the dashboard. Deleting a slot removes its files.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate a slot or an account for Acceptable Use violations (Section 4) or non-payment. For non-payment we notify you by email and keep your files for at least 14 days. For clear malicious use we may act immediately and permanently.
• When an account is terminated for cause, no refund is owed.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bugs will be fixed within any particular time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost audience, or the content or consequences of your bot's own actions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury where such limitation is void).

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please email us first — most things can be fixed with one message, and we commit to responding within 30 days of a written complaint. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts at the Operator's location, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to sue locally or to other mandatory remedies — those rights are unaffected by this section.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version is always at this page with its effective date at the top. For material changes that reduce your rights, we give at least 14 days' notice (site notice is sufficient) before they take effect. Continuing to use BotSlots after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
