Refund Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This policy explains when and how payments for BotSlots plans can be refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service. The short version: if the service fundamentally does not work for you and we cannot fix it, you get your money back — we would rather refund you than have an unhappy customer.
1. 24-hour guarantee
If BotSlots is fundamentally broken for you within 24 hours of your first payment — meaning your bot cannot run at all and we cannot fix it — email us within that 24-hour window and we will issue a full refund of that payment, no arguing. "Fundamentally broken" means the service itself (slot creation, payment activation, bot execution, panel access), not your bot's own bugs, your platform bans, or your bot being in violation of the Acceptable Use policy.
2. Outage credit
There is no fixed uptime SLA, but if the service has a continuous outage lasting more than 24 hours that is on our side (server or panel down, not Telegram/Discord or your own bot), you can request either:
- a pro-rata extension of your paid period equal to the outage time (default, automatic on request), or
- a pro-rata refund of the affected period.
3. Duplicate and incorrect payments
Paid twice for the same period, or paid for the wrong plan and want the difference back? Email us with the invoice details and we will either refund the excess or credit it toward a plan upgrade — your choice.
4. What is not refundable
- Voluntary early cancellation — if you simply stop wanting the service mid-period, the paid period is not refunded; your slot keeps running until the period ends and nothing renews automatically.
- Acceptable Use violations — slots suspended or terminated for spam, malware, mining, proxying, platform abuse, or any other Section 4 violation are not refunded.
- Your bot's own failures — crashes caused by your code, exhausted third-party API limits, platform bans of your bot, or bugs in your logic. Live logs exist precisely so you can debug these.
- Expired-but-usable periods — time you did not use while your slot was active and the service was up.
5. How refunds work with crypto and SBP
Crypto payments are technically irreversible, which is why we verify payments before activation. Refunds of crypto payments are sent back in the same asset you paid with, where technically possible, to the wallet that made the payment or to a wallet you nominate. Blockchain network fees are deducted from the refunded amount (and shown to you). Refunds are usually sent within 7 business days of approval; assets move within minutes of us sending them.
Payments made via SBP are refunded in rubles to the bank account (or card) the payment was sent from, within the same 7-business-day window.
6. How to request a refund
- Email mamalubitlal2@gmail.com from your account email.
- Include: your email/username, the invoice ID (visible in your dashboard's invoice list), what went wrong, and — for crypto — the wallet address to refund.
- We reply within 72 hours with a decision or a fix-first offer. Approved refunds are sent as described above.
7. Chargebacks
Please do not open a payment-provider dispute before contacting us — for crypto payments there is no chargeback mechanism at all, and for other methods a dispute freezes your account while we investigate. One email to us resolves things faster than any dispute process.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that mandatory law in your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract. Where such law applies, it prevails over anything above.
